All you need for a yoga class is a mat, water bottle, maybe a towel, and an open mind! If you have trouble balancing, have a chair or stool nearby. Yoga blocks are helpful as you are increasing your flexibility or just enjoy having the floor come closer to you 😉 Pillows are great if sitting is uncomfortable.
Unless the description on the event page says otherwise, all classes are all levels. I offer many modifications and try to make my classes accessible to everyone. The good thing about virtual yoga on zoom is that you can take a break at anytime, and no one would know. No worry about judgement (although that shouldn’t be the case anyway). If you would like, schedule a private 1-1 session to learn the basics so you can really enjoy and let go in the class with everyone else.
